The book club reads a variety of fiction and nonfiction. All are welcome.   SEED PLANTING Wednesday, March 26, 1:00-3:00 p.m. Come learn how seeds grow by planting some yourself! Plant seeds and take them home or play in our indoor garden box. We will have delicious “dirt cups” for you to eat too! Geared for everyone! Children are invited to read and earn free Culver’s treats. Stop by the library for more information and to pick up your bookmark.   1,000 BOOKS BEFORE KINDERGARTEN Can you read 1,000 books with your child before they start kindergarten? Children and parents can earn incentives and small prizes along the way. The real reward: kids who are excited and ready to learn. Parents whose children who have not yet started 5K can sign up by visiting the library.   BOOK SALE The library book sale is open during regular library hours. Browse used books and movies for all ages at reasonable prices in the library’s reading area. New items are added weekly. All proceeds benefit the library via the Friends of the George Culver Community Library.   EXPLORE THE LIBRARY OF THINGS Instant Pot Ever wanted to try a recipe, but it calls for an Instant Pot? An Instant Pot is a pressure cooker, slow-cooker, rice cooker, and yogurt maker all in one package. Try before you buy, borrow it for a special recipe, or just use it at home! Check out is two weeks.
