SAUK CITY/BLACK EARTH - Evelyn Frances O’Connor, age 98, of Sauk City, Wis., passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2020, at Maplewood Health Care Center, Sauk City. She was born on Oct. 18, 1922, in Black Earth, Wis., the daughter of George and Viola (Parrell) Olsen.

Carol Ann Martin, 82, passed away peacefully on October 29th, 2020. She was born on October 9th, 1938 in the Town of Honey Creek, WI to the late Edward and Olga (Krause) Schullenburg. She was united in marriage to George W. Martin on October 20th, 1956. Carol was an active member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Merrimac.

Robert Allen “Hutch” Denu, 67, passed away Tuesday, October 27, after a long battle with diabetes and kidney disease at St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison.
Fred Charles Williams, 81, of Rice Lake, formerly of Waukesha and rural Black Earth, died of a heart attack on Oct. 14, 2020 in Rice Lake. He was born in Black Earth on July 21, 1939 to Harvey J. and Elizabeth (Rush) Williams, and was a 1958 Mazomanie High School graduate.
Buford Wicklund, 93, of Zephyrhills, FL (formerly of Prairie du Sac, WI), passed away Monday, October 12, 2020, at Rucki Care Center, FL. He was born, May 2, 1927, in Stockholm, Wisconsin, the son of Walfred and Agnes (Newstrom) Wicklund.
Ron Bolgren-Schulz (nee Ronald John Bolgren) was born in Sauk County on January 21, 1963. He attended special education in Baraboo, Reedsburg, and “Northern Colony” before being reassigned to Richland County services. He was well-blessed to be a fostered member of the Paul and Arlene Bodendein family for many years.
