Heights boys fall twice

Wisconsin Heights’ boys basketball team dropped a pair of games last week. Marshall defeated the Vanguards, 54-52, on Feb. 4. New Glarus also downed Heights, 77-65, last Friday. De’Shawn Barsness had 14 points in the Vanguards’ loss to Marshall and Devin Brabender added nine. Marshall led, 27-26, at halftime, maintained a slim second half lead and held on for the win. Barsness had 19 points in Heights’ loss to New Glarus and Brabender added 10.
