Sauk County sees slight decline in coronavirus cases
According to the latest data, Sauk County had 69 active COVID-19 cases as of early Tuesday morning.
That’s six cases lower than the week prior.
Numbers date back to when coronavirus first arrived in the county this past spring.
So far, 512 people have recovered, which is 11 more than the week before.
There were five more confirmed cases this week, bring the total to 585. Of those, 183 were between the ages of 20 and 29. People between 30 and 39 years old made up the second-highest bracket at 102 cases.
So far, there have been 15,419 negative tests, an increase of 77 tests.
There have been no changes in hospitalizations or death. Sauk County still stands at 23 hospitalizations and three deaths associated with COVID-19.
As of early Tuesday morning, there were 70,854 confirmed cases in Wisconsin and just over 5.74 million in the U.S.
