It was another banner season in the Ridge and Valley Conference for the Ithaca/Weston wrestling co-op with yet another Dual Meet Championship and a lot of lopsided scores.
That dominance showed in terms of individual accolades as well with seven I/W wrestlers earning All-Conference recognition.
