Beaver baseball lands 4 players on All-Conference first team


Sophomore shortstop Winston Alonso was named this year as the Player of the Year in Badger Small baseball for the Reedsburg Beavers. Alonso enters this week hitting .481 for the season from the lead-off spot for a Reedsburg team that is 19-2 for the season and posting a second straight conference title. After winning a conference title last season in Badger West, the Beaver Baseball team followed that up with a title in the first year of the Badger Small Conference this spring and the Beavers were rewarded with four All-Conference first team selections as announced last week.
