Obituary: Joanne M. Ripley

Joanne M. Ripley, 71, of rural Loganville, passed away Friday, February 7, 2025, at Our House Senior Care in Reedsburg, WI. She was born on September 26, 1953, in Richland Center, WI the daughter of Thomas H. Sr. and Katherine (Faber) Fargen. Joanne graduated from River Valley Highschool. She married Ronald L. Ripley on May 19, 1973, at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Loretto.

Survivors include her husband, Ron Ripley; a daughter, Christine Ripley; a grandson, Gavin Olson all of Loganville; a brother, Ed Fargen of Plain; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; 2 brothers, Thomas G. Fargen and Dennis Fargen.

Upon Joanne’s wishes, no formal funeral services will be held. A private immediate family burial will be held later at Our Lady of the Fields Cemetery. The Clary Memorial Funeral Home in Richland Center assisted the family with arrangements.
