Weston High School will have a different look for its girls basketball staff for the upcoming season. Tammy Braun, center, takes over as Head Coach for Lauretta Pickel who stepped away from coaching after this past season. Braun has been an assistant with Pickel in recent seasons. Reedsburg Beaver softball standout Melissa Dietz, pictured here, was recently named as an All-State honorable mention selection by the Wisconsin Fastpitch Softball Coaches Association for the 2021 season. Dietz, a junior in 2021, was also selected as a member of the All-District three team as well by the WSFCA. Dietz enjoyed perhaps the best offensive season of any player in program history for the Beavers with a .614 batting average, nine HR’s and 34 RBI’s while also leading the team in hits, singles, doub
