Another successful Sauk Prairie Community Club Cow Chip Classic 5 & 10K Run/Walk was held on Saturday, September 4th in conjunction with the Cow Chip Festival. Proceeds from the run are given back to the community for local programs and kids in the Sauk Prairie area. We would like to thank all the participants, volunteers, all residents living along the race route, the Police and EMS that supported us all along the race route. We would also like to thank the local businesses that supported the race to include 19 t-shirts sponsors: Bank of Prairie du Sac, Compeer Financial, Consumers Cooperative, Culvers, Green Acres, Kayser Chevrolet Buick, Keller’s Kornucopia, Midway Oil, Milwaukee Valve, Mueller Sport Medicine, Prairie Plumbing & Heating, Prem Meats, Quartz Health Insurance, Ramaker, Sauk Prairie Healthcare, Sentry Sauk Prairie Market, Simply Manufacturing, The Gym, and Tools of Marketing. Additional donators to the run were McFarlanes, Piggly Wiggly, Kwik Trip, Culvers, Sauk County Milk Producers, Andrew Strathman of American Family Insurance and Giegerich’s Sons.
