I have a crime to report to the fashion police. The statute of limitations is long expired but that doesn’t matter. I want to know who on earth decided that winter outerwear should be dark and have them arrested. Not just dark colored but drab. Navy, black, brown, gray, the occasional deep maroon and brighter colors only now and then.
