GUEST COLUMN: Deer camp memories

I recently read an article in the Milwaukee Journal about the deer herd and how hunters are no longer able to control the size of the herd as we lose 1.8 percent of hunters each year. Mostly due to the aging baby boomers who either pass on (I think of my Grandpa and my father-in-law) or are no longer able to hunt (my Dad).
