Beavers compete twice in track and field action

Beavers faced tough foes on soccer field last week

Reedsburg did some good things but eventually fell in the end 4-1 to McFarland in Badger Small Girls Soccer last Tuesday at RAHS. Sydney Olson tallied the lone goal for the Beavers, who were limited to just five shots on goal. Sam Laffey was busy in net with 17 saves.

Beavers have yet to lose conference dual on tennis court

Reedsburg extended its Badger Small mark to 3-0 in dual meet boys tennis action last Tuesday with a 7-0 trouncing of Fort Atkinson at the RAHS courts. Reedsburg won six of the seven matches in straight sets, including all three doubles contests.

Ithaca/Weston athletes shine in track and field arena

Many track and field athletes from the Ithaca/Weston co-op competed in two meets over a three-day span with a trip to North Crawford Thursday for a Ridge and Valley Conference Invite before battling the competition at Saturday’s Ginger Morrey Invite at Riverdale High School.

Ithaca/Weston softball suffers first loss but bounces back

Ithaca/Weston had gone through the first seven games of the softball season without tasting defeat but that unbeaten stretch came to a close last Tuesday as I/W suffered a 5-2 loss to Riverdale. Jacey Maxwell pitched a five-hitter with four walks and eight strikeouts but still was the losing pitcher for I/W.
