Needed: Conversation about boys and men

Bill Barth. (Submitted photo)

As a guy who made a living writing my own words and editing the work of others, I am biased and I know it on the topic of reading.

Nature and Society Dec. 11, 2025

Our planet is infested with parasites. Parasites live off their hosts, weakening and sometimes killing them. Parasites don't want to kill their hosts, because they are dependent on those hosts. Pet owners are familiar with the ticks and fleas and worms that live off their animals.

Letter: What works for one will work for the other

Clergy Corner, Dec. 11, 2025

Administrator’s Corner

A few weeks ago, an interested community member kindly asked me about why students have an early release on Wednesdays.  My quick answer was that teachers need time to collaborate to improve teaching and learning.
