Davis Home Furnishings is top team for week in Golf League

July 29 was the date for the last action for the month in the Monday Night Men’s Golf League at the Reedsburg Country Club.

The team from Davis Home Furnishings and Flooring had the top score for the week with five points with team members including Eric Neuhauser, Al Dunse, Steve Steinhorst and Kelly George.

Barracudas 8th at Tri-County meet

The Mazomanie Barracudas finished eighth at the Tri-County Conference meet held July 27-28 in Sun Prairie. Cross Plains finished first with 2,413.50 points to edge runner-up Sun Prairie (2,367.50) for the title. Sauk Prairie (1,674.50), Wisconsin Dells (1533.0) and Spring Green (1,513.50) rounded out the top five at the eight-team meet.
