Beaver golfers claim team title at River Valley Invite

A stretch of four meets in four days for the Beaver boys golf squad kicked off on Wednesday last week at the challenging Cedar Creek course. Reedsburg’s team score was a respectable 345 that put the Beavers 13th overall in a field of 19 schools with Waunakee at 318 the team champion.

River Valley’s track and field team set 22 P.R.’s at the Prairie du Chien Relays on April 29.
River Valley’s girls finished the event ninth out of 13 teams, while the boys were 10th out of 13.

The Blackhawks have lost three consecutive one-run games overall — including two last week — and are now 1-7 overall and 0-4 in the Southwest Wisconsin Conference.

Reedsburg’s boys tennis team notches a pair of wins

Reedsburg’s boys tennis team bounced back nicely after a three-match losing skid. 
The Beavers toppled Viroqua and McFarland in the span of three days last week. Both matches were played at Reedsburg High School.
