All you can eat   When I was little, my parents used to stay up late with their friends, drinking wine and watching the fireflies zip across the dark fields below as they talked about very important, very grown up topics. I would catch snippets of their conversations from the top of the stairs or through my bedroom window.  “Iran Contra!”

Letter: Why do Republicans still support Trump?

The “bipartisan” legislative audit bureau and Vos’ Arizona-like farce of an audit are wasting our money...approximately $780,000 for the Vos audit and who knows how much for the other.   Republicans are pandering to the Trump base...and the rest of us, guess we don’t count.

Letter: Thank you to those who supported Lazy Beaver Race

The Reedsburg Kiwanis wants to thank all of the paddlers who took part in Saturday’s Lazy Beaver Canoe and Kayak Race on the Baraboo River. The weather was great and the race drew contestants from around Wisconsin and northern Illinois.
