Nature and Society: Missing Chinese food buffets and other comforts

It's been almost a year since we've been to the Golden Buffet for Chinese food, and I really miss it! I miss their wonderful green beans and the sour cream shrimp. I miss their pot stickers, too. There are so many things I miss because of that virus that has bedeviled us for a year now.

Letter: Almeida is committed to schools

Back in August, I got notified that my kids were being forced into the hybrid learning model. I was shocked that a decision like that was made even though 92 percent of parents and 80 percent of teachers voted to remain fully open. A group of parents formed up to speak at the Sept. 21 board meeting and that’s when I met Leo Almeida.
